2022
Tension at the start; a brief move to room 411 - OMG, a picture of Perronet House above my bed! An inexplicable rash and the start of a novel. Birthday in Paris and summer swims in Lisarica and Zrmanja River - Oliver dominated the show but he was cute so we forgave him. A brief house fantasy in Vis and endless others with a few combined offers along the way: London Bridge, Columbia Road, Brighton, Lamb Walk, Mile End, Spitalfields, Little Britain and Webber... For six months you smashed it listing Perronet on Airbnb. For a moment, the year ended in panic with fuckwit laywer you found on Google but it got resolved in the end and we could relax in style ready to welcome our next phase, our 5th together.

2021
A bumpy year of false starts and complex Covid travel. Still, we saw a lot and ate a lot and sure we cycled and drank tonnes of good coffees! The year of Šibernik and Skradin, Ithaka, Athens and Lisarica. A broken leg, and endless flat browsing and flat viewing imaginging life eslewhere: Haggerston, Limehouse, Shorditch, Brixton, St. Leonard's, London Bridge, Columbia Road, Keeling House, Dulwich, Clerkenwell, Brighton? And of course endless happy hours at PH with you, listening to great music, watching good films and eating wholesome food:)
2019
Life on the 27th floor; the excitement of New Year's fireworks from our small deck resonated till the end of 2019. A huge amount of travel covering four continents including discovering each other's beautiful countries. Despite the sudden loss of my mum there is a deep knowing and comfort that we're so good together and life an endless joy.
2018
The year we met. Exploring the city and getting to know one another. You are discovering the bliss that is avocado on toast with dry chillie flakes and I get to taste your fine Portugese cod and marinated in anchovies veggies. Meatballs, butternut squash and roasted beetroot salad in London Bridge, day trips to Shoreham, Dungeness and Richmond.
A year that will mark the beginning of an era - everything before was B.N.
